A dynamic sales companion that tells a compelling story.

###
The Process
My approach to breathing new life into the report was holistic. Spearheading the research, stakeholder input, design, and content development, my goal was clear – to transform the report from a passive data source into an active, engaging sales aid.

I began by understanding the report from the users’ perspectives – both our internal business development managers, and the hiring managers and recruiters on the receiving end. I then conducted competitor analysis to understand what worked elsewhere and how we could apply those learnings to us.
Proposal in hand, I pitched my recommendations, gained stakeholders buy-in, and began to create the prototype. The prototype was then take out into the field to gain further feedback, and further changes and improvements were made in the final version.
